5 years ago we were a 2 bit business with minimal direction recovering from a disasterous play with Biosource and frankly any deal was better than nothing. ADO had no money and no bargaining position whatsoever. ADO had a product and it worked at the time. If I was Ellume negotiating with ADO for an IP deal back then I would have simply walked away. I think what the product has achieved since then has blown everyone's mind. It has been the centrepiece of creating a multibillion dollar private company.
This is a completely different animal now in my view and I appreciate your position as well.
