My understanding is that ADO did not just supply Anteobind to Ellume, but they actually worked with Ellume to develop the Rapid Home Test by either modifying how Anteobind was used in the Test or modifying Anteobind to produce the final result. If the standard Anteobind was modified to suit Ellumes Test then ADO is entitled to higher price than the price being charged for the standard Anteobind product plus some recognition for the assistance that they provided to create the successful Test that was finally developed.
