Or.....Ellume may have a claim that they engaged Anteotech as a contractor and now there is a dispute about who owns the IP. Just speculating.
I always thought how Ellume would react as they were developing a over the counter test product and then their contractor releases their own. There must have been some friction between the two organisations regarding that
seizing the mkt opportunity/ current mkt conditions in the usa is a good example, page-38
