I've owned for a few year now,
The stock seems to shoot hard for higher highs just before earnings, then retrace quickly 10-15% soon after, before plodding along for awhile and gradually building back up to near the highs. it's about a 6 month cycle
A lack of news means the market is really only informed by publicly available Job Ads data and ABS unemployment news.
The market does seem to like it generally though, given it's steep P/E, which is due to the considerable and ongoing development funds that are being invested into growth projects.
