selling pressure is over. that stock he owns is in escrow anyway. i expect the HepA deal and news on the C deal out well before that goose comes out of escrow. if the company is doing well, its over in hours anyway. i dont really care about him anyway as every stock seems to have sellers for what ever reason at different time. 30m shares is nothing and its going much higher on news. its great to get his stock and let the market get the benefit of the much larger gains in the med term. If you dont like him so much, matbe i would avoid PBI,GAM,IMI. no doubt there will be some monster share numbers for sale in those companies at some time.
