This happens time and again. People post a remark as if it's a statement of truth, and then are amazed and outraged when I counter them. Referring to me directly is just weird on top of it.

It is normal discussion to take issue. People should be able to disagree. But in here it's so personal it's weird.

It would be really good if you could just put emotion aside and look at the merits of what I'm saying.

Look at it in a new way.

Consider the fantastic possibility that heck, maybe, just maybe you could be wrong?
