I’m absolutely filthy on ESR right now – and every shareholder should be too. I’m seriously considering dumping Monday, and Les & Chris, if I pull the trigger you can bet I’ll be stepping this up another level.
Let’s be real: the Sept 30 JORC deadline is already toast. It’s been blatantly obvious it won’t be met for aover a month now, and if, as Sales has said, this was raised at the GM, then management must formally announce a new timeline through the ASX. Anything less is a slap in the face to shareholders who’ve been buying in on good faith.
And another thing – if MJ Ratta didn’t convert that $5 million option, and a substantial holding hasn’t been lodged in his own name but instead shuffled through a nominee, then I’ll take it straight back to ASIC. No hesitation.
This is way too sloppy from ESR. Investors aren’t here to be strung along with whispers and half-baked timelines. Step up, disclose properly, or face the consequences.
