Was saying on my face book page ages ago that once we have cars being driven automatically and they crash the legal ramifications will start flowing in.

When 2 computer controlled cars crash who's at fault? The drivers ? The computer programmer?

Expect to see an avalanche of laws/rules etc concerning auto drive cars and who is at fault in an accident.

Expect lawyers and solicitors to be licking their lips with anticipation of long drawn out initial cases that will set some sort of precedence.
