As long as they keep getting top line sales growth each year or ideally each 6 months, I am not too fussed where they get that growth from.

This is how some self-testing is done in the UK.
Results are sent back to a central lab where they test for a range of things depending on your subscription.
Disadvantage is you have to wait 48 hours. ( for vitamin, thyroid and other markers, I don’t see a problem with this )
The advantage is obviously flexibility for the consumer. They can chop and change their subscription.
Also for the company, regular subscriptions better than one off sales of devices.
