You letter writers are a bunch of self inflated balloons.
What if a Chinese mining company was setting up a multi billion dollar facility near Kakadu, The project is being delayed in operations by a nervous government and concerned community leaders.
We then read letters or stories in the News Corp papers of Australia about a small bunch of investors from a forum in China who are sitting on a paper loss and demand the operating license be issued immediately. I don't think most people would read past the first line. And if they did, their thoughts would be- investing is risky business- if you can't take the uncertainty, don't invest!
I now want to write a letter to the same editors the all important hotcopperites wrote to and say- please understand that all shareholders do not hold the same views of the the self inflated balloons. We respect your right to go through due process and understand that these major projects are a beast to manage at the best of times.
