After you set up SMSF just transfer into it from the EBA fund. Contact these recommended funds. I'm pretty sure they will just require SMSF deed/ABN+BSB nos. It may serve you well to have the SMSF separate from the work one as you will still receive discounted life insurance. Within SMSF cover for me and hubby is 80/month - big difference.
