You have just been shown the results of MSB going it alone. It is a funding thing partly but it's a lot more of a capabilities thing. AGVHD didn't happen yet the cells are sitting in storage (dying, effectively) and the 20 salespeople are sitting on their arses.
AGVHD didn't fire - it was the test case. No lift-off! You want 1000 x more cells and 1000 x more salespeople? In the hands of the same people that designed the P3 trials?
If you haven't guessed it, I don't think that would be a very good idea.
I mean, unless you can show me their track record in this area?
