    Unbelievable REY announces a 16M new share placement at 10 cents, it only benefits the management teams to get cheap bargan.

    Why did they not raise capital when the share was above 30 cents three month ago? They know REY need money, but the real problem is that they need acquiring more cheap shares, like they did one year ago!

    Today I find the reason why the manager Ludowici only bought share of Ludowici Ltd at $3 and GUJARATNRE manager only bought GNM at $1.20 at this moment, no manager would like to buy REY from market!

    It looks terrible!
