on the news the other day, it was mentioned that australians go to the doctor, on average 11 times per year - and surely, we are not that sick. a $15 co payment is a great idea - it just might cut back on the doctor visits - also increase the co payment for subsidized medicines... - but that will be politically unpopular - as all of a sudden people start to think that it is costing - but one way of the other, we all pay anyway
