If she's not an "opportunistic market manipulator" she wouldn't describe trading accounts as actively traded when no trades are being placed. She would describe them as trading accounts with a cash balance. Little things like that are important to pick up on before investing in a business. It screams the management will do whatever it takes to make sure the business looks good on face value to attract more business but for the savvy investors like myself it's screams scared management with an unsustainable business model.
