It's definitely not smarter to ignore it. If Bunnings ignored masters there would be no Bunnings. The difference in Bunnings customer service before masters opened was ridiculously good compared to what they were. I felt like royalty.
If you show people (clients) you're trying to do your best and those individual clients matter you will be surprised how forgiving they will be.,
