Good analysis Faking, very insightful.
The company has been able to raise $10 million equity easily, it could probably have done it additional $2 million too externally but decided not to so as to give the existing shareholders the opportunity to participate. And the investors putting in $10 million would not be backing SWF if it's future was grim.
