    Yes, the shares do appear cheap at present.

    At the current share price, the market cap is just over $14mil, and based on last month's announcement, it still had over $8mil in cash in the bank, so all of their IP is effectively valued at only $6mil.

    By comparison, their US partner, ISIS, is capped at over US$ 300mil.
