All well and good, but that doesn't take into account that there can be very good reasons for selling, even with lots of potential upside. Maybe I'm about to buy a new house. Maybe I bought into Peak at 2 cents, and want to lock in the gains to date. Maybe I have unexpected medical expenses. Maybe I just lost my job, and need the cash to survive. Maybe I think that I have better opportunities in a different share in the short/medium/long term (and that's a question of opinion; sure, Peak looks good in that regard, but there's no guarantees in life or the stock market.

Not everybody has the luxury of being able to hold on for better news/prices. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but to castigate sellers without knowing why they're selling is a little bit presumptuous (IMO).
