    andrewe , if you put in a sell order for 1.6 mill shares it is fraud if you do not own that many. only the top 10 / 15 holders have that many shares on the last list published. i dont believe a "big holder" would dump so blatently. assuming the seller does not own that many shares, which can be quickly checked, the fraud can be easily proved. cheers
