U cant put a sell for shares u dont have... thats a stupid thought.. This person owns these shares and is manipulating the market to accumulate. Simple its done all the time and nobody can do anything about it.
He can say that he is unsure at what price to sell and thats why he keeps changing the price, nothing wrong with doing that.. However if he is accumualting then the ASIC could investigate and say that his reasoning to sell was under fraduatalant pre-tenses (i.e trying to lower the sp).
ASFAIK all the online accounts will not let u place a buy order if u have a sell order. U can get away from this by having two different accounts on two different computers..
