andrewe, I have no doubt that the entity ( whoever they may be ) does have the necessary shares to sell.
The problem is that it is not legal to manipulate the market by placing false orders, whether they be buy or sell orders so that it will give a false impression to the market.
Now this entity has obviously no intention of selling the aforementioned shares at the price he or she has placed on the market. The intention is obvious, which is to place doubt in intending buyers or sellers mind.
It remains to be seen what that intention really means because it could be negative or positive but, without doubt it is meant to deceive.
