Correct wrong stock.... but don't think it's a bot... I think that it may be investors being concerned about the following paragraph in the announcement

“Peninsula is making significant progress on all allowable construction PRIOR to the issuance of the SML. Its grant will allow construction of the Central Processing Plant and the installation of the production well-fields in 2014.”

This was the reason I got out off PEN a while back with the environmentalist movement became involved and management has committed to construction prior to completely sorting out this issue.... much more upside with BLR!!!!
