    Change of control would have to be better than the gross incompetence shown so far by the management (factional infighting) and the Board (no skin in the game.

    This company operates in a high growth area (witness TOX)and yet just can't get its act together.

    I can't understand any shareholder wanting the status quo - it has been ongoing wealth destruction for 4 years now
