i have to agree, there will be a play here somewhere along the line....not sure when though!
short term it could get more painful yet. when funding is arranged ($55 mill for the plant with a production plan) it will become a serious investment proposition. until then there is no telling how low the big players will let this slide because it will make their eventual cut all the bigger...
she is firmly on my watchlist but too early yet imo.
