Spot on @gottalovemt.... if you read the Freeport qty i think it sums it up, IMO the deal is coming its just a matter of how much, im thinking $10m - $15m!!!
There are obviously some behind the scenes "politics" going on. The director in question should just stand down, get some of the old crap off the board and get this company on track with new ventures.... He is going to look very embarrassed when he gets voted out.
