In the broader scheme, both KAH and EXT are holding a very firm line against the current backdrop of European doom & gloom.
Manipulation is really only an issue if you are trading, irrespective of whether it is ST or LT. For most of us who've been around a while it's really a non issue.
We just need someone to hit the "Go" button (again). . .
