I am guilty myself of selling some that was back in 2008 from memory as the GFC gathered storm just to cover my 'ass'. What a mistake!
That is a good point in take over, don't have to pay brokerage. That used to be small monies in the big pictures but with the share price where it is now not anymore.
I am not sure how to read today's volume. Never did understand volume analysis because as you say there is willing buyer and seller. One see value, the other see full valued. Who is right?
I look to you for support too as you had better foresight and bought much earlier.
