Robots and traders. Low volume makes EXT easy to ramp. But then the Top 20 holders come along and continue to accumulate and the price goes back up again.

someone/s who knows when the mining licence would be declared and or what is happening within extract.
and that I would suggest, looks like insider trading,
I could be wrong, of course and then again.
