I agree so (despite the fact that I had decided not to buy more OEL I was buying at .091-.094 yesterday).


The value of OEL could be viewed in terms of the way a poster on the NEN thread calculated his coy's value, and I quote his comments in regard to NEN :-
"To cut a long story short, in the next 12-months the following is easily achievable (conservative):
1. 350bopd from NSA (latest indication is that we are doing this now)
2. 300bopd from Glau
3. 300bopd from PV
=90000bbl/q or 360000bbl/y at a margin of $60/bbl.
=$21M NPAT
=0.045EPS
=implies SP of $0.45 (on 10x PE multiple)."

NEN current share price is .30.

OEL will be getting approximately 4000 bpd and tapis prices so applying the same methodology to OEL say
4000 bpd x 365 days x $60 = $ 87.6 M NPAT = 0.076 EPS =implies an OEL SP of $0.76 (on 10xPE multiple).
