As I said last Thursday/Friday.... I think URA had got down to a level where it had bottomed. My honest belief was that it could not have dropped much more without going bankrupted...

Now if Kate can get us just one deal we are going to make good money..... and for DF and quite a few others, at least the opportunity to to get plenty of value back.
