Yes, its a concern that there are not many buyers willing to pay more than 9c. Its all depends on how desperate a genuine seller or a manipulator can be. But I think the CR price has to be volume weighted SP for past certain number of days minus a discount%. So a sudden drop in price for a day may not have material impacts on the CR price.
I also think that the current buyer(s) knows that CR is on the way and would participate in the entitlement offer. So, they may be willing to grab those extra volume if available on the sale side.
