It appears to me that because all quotes of certain contracts with BBIG regarding port, rail and building are to be secured and issued by 2nd quarter 2018 the most likely "mystery buyer" could be inside info from one of these companies, hence the buy into FMS in recent times. The planned building of these contracts is to start in second half 2018, (quoted from Todd Corp with Chinese finance 2017). It does not seem to be to long now before we will all know the full game plan. My guesswork only so do your own research.
