Humans, much like the Bovine community will stampede at the sound of thunder and the flash of lightning.
The stampede stops the dust settles and the cattle look around bewildered.
Then carry on grazing.
Give it 2 months and the human bewilderment will be evident.
But will the pasture be lush ? I am hoping so.
Conclusion , nothing to be spooked about regarding PVD outlook.
