CBA sold another 10 million SIP shares lowering their holding to just over 5%.
I would like SIP management to issue a statement regrading the chances of achieiving profits stated.
In a recent announcement the MD and Chairman stated achieving profits forecast would be a difficult task, however they were confident in acheving it. I would not be surprised if SIP's results are at the lower end. Or if they issue a profit downgrade.
If profits vary greater than 10 to 15% plus or minus than forecast a company has to issue a statement. Is this correct?
