Not sure if SIP is going to down grade earning, the annual meeting was just a month ago but I could be wrong.
I think the main reason is few institutional investors have sold out and SIP has not been successful in a few takeovers.
It was rumoured a few months ago that SIP was going to conduct an on market buyback. If they were ever going to do that probably will be now.
I think what ever happens SIP is still a long term buy.
Just my opinion do your own research.
