yes, arup due in the next couple of weeks or so according to previous guidance so... a rubber stamp by arup will mean blue sky for esi
i imagine many investment partners, both financial and in terms of building plants/the power stations are awaiting these results then will scramble to get a piece of
the action
good times await and esi will expand rapidly post arup
it will make a profit, even from the 150 t plant (1H09)
