    3.8c, I hope you are wrong, and I hope you are right. I want to pick more, but I would happier to see the price take-off.

    Re. sovereign risk. Nothing has changed except Somalia is in the news because of a Somali terror plot in Australia. That might be why the price has come off, and coinciding with the EGM ann. has created impatience.
