The coal permitting delays are a concern, but my major concern is AGO & MtWebber, AGO is a prime takeover target by some of the bigger players (Rio / BHP) and if this happens Mt Webber will be put on the backburner. Resulting in AJM's 30% stake to be all but valueless. AJM need to do a deal with AGO ASAP otherwise we are at serious risk of losing any value in Mt Webber. The Baline garnet project is of little value as it is not viable at current prices. The only value is in the land which I think AJM still own.
