Fair comment. However, I would hope that the staff on the ground provide the necessary quality early education. It is often the case in service industries (eg school education) that frontline staff are the key players and provided management have the skills necessary to manage and provide adequate resources then the outcome for all (service users and investors) is good. I guess time will tell whether the corporates provide a beneficial outcome for all.
