    I will sell half my holing now at market and then participate in the rights at 7c, That way I am effectively making the spread between the two but not ending up with any more shares.

    Also as I don't have to take up the rights untill the 27th of April this gives me an effective option on AVX untill that date. So I wont take the rights if the AVX share price falls below 7c.
