The US Dollar is a bubble that like all bubbles will eventually burst, who knows when... when it does, expect commodities to pick up again.
Some have already pointed out, the trend is clearly down, may expect some violent bounces upwards now and then... but on the whole you should wait till the situation reverses.
If you're looking at the long term, you may as well start accumulating small portions now.
