As they should because Lottoland is nothing more than a con, which doesn't actually involve the buying of lottery or lotto tickets. I'm surprised they can get away with it without paying a hefty royalty to the companies who run the lotteries and lottos on which they base their payouts. The ABC's "Checkout" programme did a very good segment on Lottoland to expose how it all works and how everything is designed to be in favour of the house.
