No-one can advise you whether to sell or not...that's a decision only you can make.
I would think though that there are a number a stocks in the ASX100 that are near enough to their lows that would offer greater capital growth going forward than what TLS might. For instance, I think most people would agree that the price of oil is bound to track upwards over the course of the next 1-2 years, and with that, companies in the energy sector, such as WPL, would more than likely perform very well, or at the very least outperform TLS.
IMO there are just too many uncertainties surrounding TLS, with any upside fairly limited.
For the record, I do not hold TLS or WPL.
