Sell now or white noise?

There is an old standard about investing that says when the taxi drivers are ramping the stock and investors with no idea are eagerly soaking up that stock then thats a strong sign to SELL.

Have we reached this point with FFR?

Due to travel restrictions i havent had the benefit of taxi driver chat on the way to/from the airport. But we now have new investors buying the stock who apparently have never held mining stocks before- asking a couple of days after a drill program has started " will the drill results be released soon?"

Cant say Ive seen that before.
