the solution is that michael bourke needs to go and be replace by some one who is more compentent in the BUILDING industry not mining which seems to make up the bulk of the board in nomad. + i reckon he gets paid way to much unlike the people in nomad. + nomad has a very high staff turn over. + pays below industry standard. so my guess is that they are trying to retain staff for more than 2-3 years. and keep the management people who have the building knowledge within the company. well those who are left. cos they constantly have to find new people. questions should be raise as how many internal people management have resigned from the nomad buisness because of the lack of knowledge of how the building industry works and being underpaid while michael bourke get paid too much.
