i guess the benefits for waiting are perhaps a superior offer
but the negatives in a proposal is that it doesn't go ahead. I don;t see that happening as the directors have publically supported the proposal.

Im not sure of anything else.

I didnt want to wait until the AGM to sell when there would effectively be a ceiling of $1.46 on the SP.
