They rank equally with existing shares and yeah, are sellable. 140m shares even if all sold will hardly be a speed bump. Nothing is slowing this thing down. And given the issue has been scaled back there will be many holders getting allocated a lot less than they were hoping for. Get them while you still can below 2c. Onwards and upwards.
