Its like everything, the last 2-3 weeks the Financials were in the doldrums and Resources were fairly strong/stable.
Now, it seems as though it's the other way around.
However, rest assured, this will turn once again and Financials will be weaker and Resources then stronger and so forth!
She'll turn and when she does, very very quickly so I say Accumulate at these prices!
