All the notice says is the deal won't be completed on time, which I'm sure most people would have expected. The way this was sold down, I wonder if it was misinterpreted that there will be no deal, or am I reading it wrong and there won't be any deal. Maybe the Chinese don't want the iron ore anymore. Of course the Chinese still want the iron ore, the brief asx release should have been a lot more detailed about what has taken place thus far in the negotiations, but as a shareholder I am starting to become familiar with being treated like a mushroom.
